The method

How often have I asked myself the question about the following contradiction:

Many therapists either rely on pre-established process templates and techniques – which is convenient but overlooks the individuality of people. Others, on the other hand, work completely "freestyle," without structure – and thus get caught in endless spirals of thought from which they and their clients find it difficult to escape.

The difference

For me, the art of good therapy lies in combining both: I follow a clear, structured plan and know exactly what I am doing – at the same time, I design each session individually and allow it to be shaped by the other person.

And that is the secret to good therapy.

Important! Everything described below is the method that Gabriel Palacios himself developed in a unique way. I adhere strictly and exclusively to this method at all times – as it is, in my view, the most effective and ethically and scientifically sound.

– but on different levels of consciousness

Whether hypnosis, conversation or meditation – the basis is always the same. These three differ only in terms of the level of human consciousness at which we work:

Subconscious: creative, dreaming and emotional – that is hypnosis.

Consciousness: rational and reflective – that is talk therapy.

Superconsciousness: superior and observant – that is meditation.

People are emotional beings – this has not only been proven by neuroscience, but also corresponds to the general and everyday impression.  Because feelings are at the forefront, the feeling of desire is also the key.

Every session begins with the same starting point: a negative feeling (the ‘problem’). The person who comes to the session has a negative feeling, either in general or in specific situations. This feeling needs to be transformed – into a positive or at least neutral feeling. That is the goal of every session. In other words, the problem is the negative feeling, the goal is the new feeling. This can then result in new beliefs, behaviour patterns and ways of thinking.

That is why I always focus on the following question: ‘How would you like to feel?’ This desired feeling is the common denominator of every concern. It is the core around which everything revolves. It shows what the person really
