My life story may be anything but straightforward, but one thing runs like a common thread through all the diverse stages of my life: my values .
I am a literary scholar with a doctorate and a lecturer in therapeutic hypnosis, meditation and conversations.
Early in my academic training, I combined science, the power of words, and a deep interest in psychology, especially with regard to human motivation – a project that was also supported by organizations for the promotion of gifted students.
But what excites me most is seeing people shine and grow.
I recognize a person's potential very quickly, and I see myself as an "advocate" for the best self-knowledge that, in my view, every person possesses.

In my work as a therapist and expert in hypnosis, meditation and talk or mindset coaching, I combine scientific knowledge with a deep trust in the individual strength of each person.
After positions in research, teaching, as a speaker, as assistant to the management at the Institute for Therapeutic Hypnosis, for Conversation and Meditation in Bern (Palacios Relations GmbH), I am now self-employed in my own practice.
And despite all my success, it is important to me to always live according to my own values.
My values are at the heart of my work: Meeting on equal terms, empathy, and open, honest communication characterise every session. I see each person in their full individuality and support them in living their self-determination, trying new things, and growing personally. In doing so, I create a space where inspiration, trust, and personal connections have their place.
Growth and development happen when you feel seen, understood, and safe. My approach is characterized by professionalism, scientific rigor, and the conviction that we all possess the potential to forge new paths—paths that are meant to be beneficial.

ABOUT MY LOGO... hidden elements and the story behind its creation
Phoenix rising from the ashes. A symbol of neuroplasticity. Everything is a process – it dies and is reborn. The little puppy came into my life two months ago. He constantly reminds me what it's like to see the world as if experiencing things for the first time. He opens my eyes to what's essential and brings joy and energy into my life. He's still quite silly and keeps me on my toes.
IVY (phonetically I.V. = inner voice). She is named after my novel and represents intuition and trust in one's own inner therapist. This little mouse has been faithfully by my side for three years and is everybody's darling. For me, she symbolizes unconditional love and primal trust.
